of our history

ETO DYNAMIC Digital sees every challenge as a welcome invitation to conquer new territory. Our willingness to innovate has therefore determined our company history from the very beginning. Our focus on uncompromising quality and customer-specific development support has also proven to be successful. Our dedicated employees, always open to new ideas, have been working closely and successfully with customers from different technology areas for many years.

Today, we deliver on-demand electronics services – from PCB design consulting, new production technologies, prototyping and testing services to industrialization and contract manufacturing.
 


2023 - 2025

2025: The new website goes online and ETO DYNAMIC Digital (formerly inovel elektronik GmbH) celebrates its 30th anniversary

2024: Installation of another Flying Probe device of the latest generation

2023: Expansion of the 3D printing area


2020 - 2022

2022: Renaming of the two inovel companies

2021: The two inovel companies become part of the ETO GROUP and expand ETO's portfolio in the areas of electronics production (inovel elektronik) and smart control systems and IoT for agricultural technology (inovel systeme)

2020: Development and production of an all-electric SmartFan 8000 blower module for crop protection. Introduction of 3D printing technology


2017 - 2019

2019: Contract manufacturing of electronic components for the ignition control system of the Ariane launcher. Development and production of wireless control systems for the automation of processes in special crops 

2018: Series production of in-house developed wireless control systems for the automation of processes. Presentation of the CleverSpray system and Ceres management software at EIMA in Bologna and launch of the inovel webshop

2017: US distribution of Merlin Pro software by Texmac Inc. and crop protection management software "SprayTools"


2013 - 2016

2016: Production of immuno-lab components for the ISS Space Station. Completion of the Merlin repair software plug-in for efficient troubleshooting and repair for TAKAYA Flying Prober

2015: inovel systeme develops SmartSpray and SmartAir control systems for controlled crop protection. Research project on navigation and mapping without GPS in fruit growing

2014: Europe-wide distribution of the Merlin pro software, inovel elektronik offers test service for electronics companies and other EMS service providers for the first time

2013: Merlin light becomes Merlin pro - a powerful software for effective data preparation and easy test generation for TAKAYA flying probe testers of the APT series


2009 - 2012

2012: inovel systeme develops ultrasonic guidance system SMARTPILOT for work platforms in fruit growing technology. For the first time, inovel elektronik uses the in-house developed Merlin light software for the automatic generation of functional tests with the TAKAYA APT-9411 probe machine

2011: Integration of boundary scan test technology into flying probe testing. ZF-Luftfahrt GmbH becomes an EMS customer. Introduction of selective soldering technology in THT production. Development and production of the inovel eStack manufacturing technology. inovel systeme develops Vario-Assistant remote control for Fendt / AGCO2010 based on eStack components

2009: Validation and introduction of the Jet Printer MY500 manufacturing technology for solder paste application in the prototype and small series sector


2006 - 2008

2008: inovel becomes a certified partner of the international TAKAYA Flying Probe sales company ITOCHU Systech GmbH

2007: Introduction of the Flying Probe technology and first inovel Technology Day in Friedrichshafen

2006: Founding of inovel systeme AG to establish a new business area for hardware and software development for own products in the field of agricultural technology and renewable energies 


2000 - 2005

2005: Research project "Agricultural Robotics" and gold medal of the AGRITECHNICA Innovation Award

2004: Expansion and relocation to new company building and expansion of the production area

2002: Development and assembly of rigid-flex circuit boards

2001: Implementation of THR technology for Yamaichi Electronics

2000: Introduction of CSP technology and prototyping for the aerospace industry


1995 - 1999

1999: Production of protective assemblies for the Zeppelin NT

1998: Introduction of BGA technology and start of series production of the in-house developed electronic components for the Brielmaier motor mower control system in rugged applications such as mountain farming and wet meadows

1997: Production of the first "flying" assemblies for Dornier and Daimler Benz Aerospace

1995: Founding of inovel elektronik GmbH by Axel Dittus and Robert Steinhauser in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance with a focus on automatic SMT production as an "extended workbench" for customers in the Lake Constance region
